Remember when you were young and anything was possible? We asked children what they wanted to do with their lives and some of their dreams might surprise you.
“My teachers treat us like grown ups so I love learning and I have so much fun learning everything,” Sydney preschooler Bonnie says. “But my favourite subjects at school are English and science. When I do grow up I really want to be an actor.”
“I like my teachers because they are fun and make everything seem fun even if it isn’t,” 10-year-old Sydneysider Heidi says. “I like the things they do for us. They are inclusive and very understanding. I think I’d like to be a teacher when I grow up.”
“When I grow up I want to be a ballerina, a police officer … and a spy,” Maggie says.
“When I finish preschool I want to be a cook … and a zebra,” Ella says.
